First company of ATC group was established on April 8, 1998 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, namely Airtac Enterprise Sdn Bhd, as a subordinate or sub-branch company of Airtac Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) to develop its pneumatic equipment market in Malaysia. And from the time of being, AIRTAC Malaysia has then started to build up its marketing network as AIRTAC (Penang) on October 1, 1999 in Penang, AIRTAC (Johor) on December 1, 2000 in Johor, AIRTAC (Klang) September 1, 2001 in Klang, AIRTAC (Melaka) on May1, 2002 in Melaka, and AIRTAC (Sarawak) January 1, 2005 in Kuching, in order to offer more efficient services to the customers through out the country.

In the year 2000, AIRTAC Taiwan had requested assistance from AIRTAC Malaysia to develop its market for whole South East Asia. AIRTAC Malaysia has then started sending its members to develop Thailand market also other countries in the region. In which we had established our first Thailand Company on March 1, 2001 in Samutprakarn, Thailand, followed by AIRTAC (Bangbon) on May 8, 2002 in Bangkok, AIRTAC (Chonburi) on May 12, 2003 in Laemchabang, AIRTAC (Nawanakorn) on May 8, 2004 in Nawanakorn, and AIRTAC (Latkrabang) on June 18, 2005 in Latkrabang, followed by AIRTAC Enterprise (Isan) on September 02, 2005 in Nakhon Ratchasima.

In the year 2005, ATC Group had once again expanding its network to Singapore and the Philippines. In which AIRTAC (Singapore) was then found on January 01, 2005.

For the Philippines market, AIRTAC (Cavite) was established on March 16, 2005. And by the year 2006, AIRTAC (Sucat) had been established to provides our service to Southern Metro Manila region customers on March 16. Also, AIRTAC (Valenzuela) had then built up on January 5, 2007to take care clients located in Northern Metro Manila region.

The nature business of ATC is to carry AIRTAC-made products throughout South-East Asia. But due to customer’s strong requirement on non-AIRTAC products. ATC was then established on March 1, 2002 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and August 1, 2003 in Samutprakarn, Thailand, to fulfill market requirement on other industrial equipment, such as hydro-pneumatic booster cylinders, air dryers, air compressors, bus doors systems, pneumatic actuators, and some other hydraulic equipment like hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps, oil filters, even including motors, which carry the name of ATC as an additional brand for the whole group.

By mid of year 2004, all directors of both ATC and AIRTAC had raised a meeting regarding the future development on ATC/AIRTAC products among South East Asia market. The resolution had come out with both ATC and AIRTAC items would maintain combining together to serve the customers. The renew name for the whole group in South East Asia after restructuring has then been changed to ATC, but the marketing network will still be remained as AIRTAC as it is. ATC group maintains to keep on developing AIRTAC market within the region, and ATC is able to look through market requirement to carry or either produce items to fulfill customers’ demands. Besides, ATC is able to judge market situation to separate or combine companies within the group such as by dividing ATAC Machinery and ATC Hydraulic to AIRTAC Enterprise. Also, for ATC items, there would be no restriction to develop its global market unlike AIRTAC products only in South East Asia.

After the restructuring in year 2004, ATC had then been separated into four main division: Logistic Division, Production Division, Finance Division, and Management Division.

Logistic Division is in charge of marketing on the industrial equipment which ATC carry. For Production Division is then setup to be in charge of Production and R&D duty in ATC for the industrial equipment that market requires. Finance Division had been setup to serve all ATC subsidiary companies on matters regarding to account, finance, and law. The duty for Management Division is to develop necessary all those computer programs in fulfilling the daily business requirement among whole ATC group, especially make sure its Supply Chain would maintain highly efficient at all times.

In the year 2006, due to the continuous progress of the business, ATC have once again reconstructed our group into two sectors, one in of them in charge of Industry-Line and the other in Service-Line.

Main functions of Industry Sector are dealing with the R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing of ATC existing range of products. It is also in charge of widening ATC ranges of products and marketing network to provide more delicate and efficient service to ATC customers around the world. ATC Service Sector has set up to support ATC Industry Sector in Finance, Law, IT Hardware, and Software matters, also seeking its ways to widen ATC service into those fields other than Industry throughout ATC network.

Due to ATC has been released from its restriction as pneumatic equipment provider before. All directors have agreed to accept “ATC The Best Industrial Equipment” to be ATC GROUP VISION. In which ATC commit to put all its efforts persistently to provide the best products and services on all kind of industrial equipment to all ATC valuable clients around the world.

By the year 2004, ATC had bought factory lands both in Malaysia and Thailand in order to provide better and faster service to our clients. For Philippines market, ATC has planned to set up factory by the year 2007.

Thailand has been set up as mass production of all kind of industrial equipment especially concentrated at Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment, either the applications and installations on Pneumatic / Hydraulic Systems and other Automation System which assist our clients to develop their efficiency.

Malaysia has been set up more on application side, like installation of Air Supply Systems and Hydraulic Power Units. Malaysia’s mass production will be focused on the Door System for public transport vehicles like Buses and LRT system within the country also around the world.
